Wattbox Series 150/250/800
Tested and Developed on a WB-800VPS-IPVM-12 with firmware 2.1.2.0.
Release History:
1.0: Initial Release of the driver.
1.01: Fixed Power Function showing an additional parameter
Configuration:
IP Address/Port information is standard, port 23 should be used as the driver connects over a standard TCP connection. This driver does not currently support SSH.
Configurable names are used in APEX to help with programming the system and can also be assigned to the User Interface using the “Name from Configuration” variable.
Driver Specifics:
Each Outlet contains functions to power on/off as well as reset the outlet. The driver also contains some general functions to reset all outlets or reboot the device. The driver also includes events for each outlet's power status as well as connection status events for the device.
Note: On 150/250 series devices some variables may not be available such as Watt, Volt, and Amp information. These variables are marked with (WB800 Only) in their names.
This driver also contains a RAW command for any additional commands not included in the driver the format for this requires the full string input without the new line return at the end.
Example: “!OutletNameSet=1,Outlet 1 Name Changed” would set the name of Outlet 1 to “Outlet 1 Name Changed”
Templates:
There are templates added for “Wattbox” and “Power Management” which could be created by the dealer if many Wattbox pages were required. All outlets include a SourceID and tags for basic functionality which can be seen in the sample file provided.
