RTI Multi-Z AMP

By: RTI
Updated: Dec. 26, 2024
Version: 1.0

Description:

This driver allows control over the RTI Multi-Z AMP series. It utilizes mDNS to easily pull the connected device IP addresses into Integration Designer, giving the programmer easy access to add whatever devices are needed to be controlled via RTI. This driver supports functions for enabling the generator, input sensitivity, input gain, input stereo/mono control on primary inputs (1, 3 and 5), input mic sensitivity, zone source, zone gain, zone stereo/mono control on primary zones (A, C), zone mute, output polarity, output mode, output high pass, output mute, output delay time, compressor auto, compressor threshold, compressor ratio, compressor hold, compressor knee, and compressor bypass.

System Requirements & Prerequisites

RTI System Requirements

Integration Designer: 11.6

XP FW: 23.5.11

Driver Configuration

IP Address

The IP address of the amplifier that the user wants to control

Port

These amplifiers communicate over port 7621.

Input Names

Configuration options exist to name inputs internally so they can appear in the list by given name in order to help structure/organization.

Output Names

Configuration options exist to name outputs internally so they can appear in the list by given name in order to help structure/organization.

Zone Names

Configuration options exist to name zones internally so they can appear in the list by given name in order to help structure/organization.

Driver Related Notes

Input stereo control is only available on primary inputs listed in the api as input 1, 3, and 5.

Zone stereo control is only available on primary zones listed in the api as A and C.

There are 3 scales for EACH Input/Zone volume. The following structure is followed for each:

Input 1 Volume (-15-15) - InputGain_1 - This follows the scale of -15 to 15. Only a variable exists.

Input 1 Volume (0-30) - InputGainNative_1 - This follows the scale of 0 to 30. Variable/functions exist.

Input 1 Volume - InputGainSimple_1 - This follows the scale of 0 to 100. Variable/functions exist.

Input 1 Volume (-80-0) - ZoneAGain - This follows the scale of -80 to 0. Only a variable exists.

Zone A Volume (0-30) - ZoneAGainNative - This follows the scale of 0 to 30. Variable/functions exist.

Zone A Volume - ZoneAGainSimple - This follows the scale of 0 to 100. Variable/functions exist. ## System Testing
