System Requirements & Prerequisites

RTI System Requirements

Integration Designer: 11.10 or later.

XP processor FW: 23.5.11 or later.

Requirements and Information

The Doorstations need to be on the same network as ID, and synced before the driver will function.

Integration Designer needs to write some information to each of the Doorstations. And receive the config from the Doorstation.

The driver supports all authentication methods – None, Basic and Digest.

Make sure you set the correct method for each Doorstation in ID that has been set in the Doorstations webgui.

Switches need to be in Bistable mode for the toggle commands to work.

Driver Configuration

Add driver to Global.

Select either Online or Offline mode. (Online mode requires the Doorstations to be on the same network)

If you select Offline Mode :

The driver will create a single Doorstation, which will be available to add under Existing Driver.

Add the Doorstation to your project.

Add the IP Address of the XP processor that will be used.

Name the Doorstation (This is for your reference only)

Enter the Doorstation IP Address.

Select the Authorization type.

Before the project is uploaded to the XP processor, you have to Sync the device, which requires the Doorstation to be on the same network.

Failure to Sync the Doorstation will result in the driver not functioning.

If you select Online Mode :

Follow the prompt to add the XP processor that will be used.

Select how many Doorstations you wish to use in the project.

The driver will then scan the network to discover the Doorstations.

If you selected just 1 Doorstation:

Select the authorization method for the Doorstation (Default is Basic)

Name the Doorstation (This is for your reference only)

If you selected more than 1 Doorstation, do the following for each:

Select the Doorstation from the discovered list.

Select the authorization method for the Doorstation (Default is Basic)

Name the Doorstation (This is for your reference only)

The driver will then sync to the Doorstation.

The driver will create an instance for each Doorstation, which will be available to add under Existing Driver.
