This driver supports QMotion/QConnect shade controllers connected to the XP Processor via RS-232.

This driver is for the QMotion/QConnect series shade controls.

Connection Settings
RS-232 Connection
The QConnect controller must be setup up for RS-232 operation. See QMotion/QConnect Operating Guide for more information.
The Serial (RS-232) connection on the QConnect controller should be connected to the XP processor serial adapter using the following pin out:
RTI RJ-45 -----> RJS232 -----> QConnect RJ-45
Pin 5 Pin 2 Pin 3
Pin 6 Pin 3 Pin 6
Pin 4 Pin 5 Pin 7 or 8
The QConnect controller uses a baud rate of 9600 as default for serial (RS232) communication.
Selected Channel Settings
Enable Selected Channel - Enables the Selected Channel capability in the driver for use. This feature is used for minimizing the need of setting up multiple channel pages on the user interface. The selected channel is the current channel to be controlled from the selected channel driver commands.
Last Channel ID Used
Select the last channel setup or to be accessible from the driver.
Channel Naming
Enter the names preferred for use in the driver commands, variables, and events.

- Feedback variables are available for connection status, configured channel names, and selected channel only.
