Orro Lighting

This driver is designed to be used with Integration Designer versions 10 or newer.

Tested and developed using two Orro One switches.

Release History:

1.0: Initial Release of the driver.

1.1: Added Custom events to the driver properties.

1.11: Updated driver config to work with ID11.2 and newer.

Note: Before attempting to configure the Orro driver please ensure your Orro system is set up through the Orro app.

Configuration:

IP Address: This is the switch which you intend to be the hub of communication for your system.

Offline Access Token: To get this Token you need to add "Home Automation" on the home page of the Orro app, this will allow you to add a provider where after filling in some basic information will give you the Offline Access Token which you should copy paste into this field.

Scene Text Timeout: This value is used to determine the number of seconds before the Scene Text variables are cleared.

Sources:

This driver creates sources for all of the switches added to your Orro system, this is done after pressing the "Discover Orro Devices" button in the Driver Properties. In order to allow for programming of those switches you will need to add each to your workspace.

There will likely be more sources then you have switches when you go to add them to your workspace this is because the driver also creates "Room" sources which allow you to control your entire Orro room with 1 source in Integration Designer and on your panels, if you do not need specific load control for that room or you want control of the room's scenes this is the source you will want to use.

Variables:

This driver provides two way feedback for all light levels, and presence state.

Currently the driver does not support two-way feedback for the active scenes, however it does have a "Scene Text" variable for each set of scenes in the system which will fill in with "Scene Activated: <scene name>" which can be added to the lighting UI to give the user immediate feedback on activating a scene if desired.

Orro Scene Recall:

This driver allows you to recall any of your Orro scenes either Whole Home or Room specific, to do this add the Room source to your workspace where you will find additional tags for "Activate <scene name>" or direct functions to activate these scenes. These scenes do NOT have direct variables to track them, but each source which you can call scenes from will have a "Scene Text" variable which you can place on the UI to signal to a user that the scene has been called from the RTI system, and they will get visual feedback in the lighting changing.

Custom Events:

Inside of the Driver Properties you will find Custom Event Count this is the number of custom events you want to appear on all of your Orro faces. You then can name each of these inside the driver properties exactly as you want them to appear on the Orro face itself. After changing the names you can then access the Driver Events where you will find one event for each Custom Event added, this event will be raised when the button is pressed on the Orro face. You can place any sort of programming in these events.

Notes on the Template:

RTI has provided an additional template for use with Orro, this adds some additional features to the standard lighting template such as little LED style lights next to the switch name to show if there is presence detected for that switch. As well as having the default scenes auto-programmed and the Scene Text variable available on the UI by default.

If you do not desire these features you can use the standard Lighting template as well and the driver will auto-program to that just as easily, just without the Orro specific features added in by default.
