This driver allows for easy RTI control of the Parasound Zhd HDMI switcher.

The Zhd is a 5:1 HDMI 1.3 switcher. The driver allows you to to send any input to the output, turn on a boost circut for long HDMI runs and disconnect the output from the inputs.

2-way feedback is provided via variables with the ability to track what is the current input, whether HDMI boost is on/off and whether the output is disconnected.

General Settings

Serial Port - The port the Parasound is connected to.

Functions

Select Input: Sets the current input (1 - 5).

Output Off: Mutes the output.

Set Boost: Turns boost on/off.

Set RS Feedback: Enables/disables feedback via RS232.

Full Status Request: Requests current settings.

Variables

Input: Current input (integer 1 - 5).

Input 1 Selected: Boolean indicating input 1 is connected to the output.

Input 2 Selected: Boolean indicating input 2 is connected to the output.

Input 3 Selected: Boolean indicating input 3 is connected to the output.

Input 4 Selected: Boolean indicating input 4 is connected to the output.

Input 5 Selected: Boolean indicating input 5 is connected to the output.

Output: True if output muted, false otherwise.

Boost: True if Boost enabled, false otherwise.

Feedback: True if Feedback enabled, false otherwise.
