This driver provides IP control of the Humax digital PVR.
Full IR replacement (no need to run an IR emitter!), plus the ability to have discrete power commands, with matching system events.

This driver IP control of the Humax HDR-7500T.

Driver Configuration Settings:
Connection Settings:
IP Address - The IP address of the Humax box. This needs to be a static IP.
Driver Notes:
The following changes must be made in the Humax settings:
Settings -> System -> Power Management -> Power Saving in Standby -> Off.
Settings -> System -> Internet Setting -> Content Share -> On.
Disabling power saving keeps the ethernet port alive in standby and enabling content sharing turns on UPnP (required for power state detection).
The IP protocol doesn't provide for discrete power commands, however I have managed to detect when the box is powered on using UPnP.
If the box is switched on via the power button on the front of the box, the driver will detect this within 90 seconds. Power On/Off events are provided so you can trigger a response to these.
Using the driver to control power should provide feedback instantaneously.
I have also added a function that takes a channel number (integer) as a parameter to provide fast channel selection. The function is able to switch to a numbered channel faster than possible with the IR remote alone.
