Description:
This driver is for the LEA Professional Connect series DSP Amplifiers using IP control and was developed using a Connect 168D.
Version History:
Version 1.1: Fixed Fader control, and addressed other volume related issues.

LEA Connect 168D

1.1 Fixed fader controls, fixed issue with certain variables not being set correctly on driver startup. Updated several controls to have more precision when being controlled via slider. Added a new config option to adjust volume increment levels for the output fader.

Configuration
IMPORTANT: When the amp restarts the driver will enter a two-minute wait period while the TCP subscriptions are rebuilt. Avoid sending commands during this time.
In Apex, values entered for the following functions should be set to be 10x higher than the desired value. Example: to set the fader level to -50 the value -500 should be entered into the Apex function. The functions where this is necessary are:

Pilot Tone Detector / Set Sensitivity
Input Selector Primary / Set Fader
Input Selector Secondary / Set Fader
Input Selector / Signal Generator Fader

Network Settings
IP Address – Enter the IP address assigned to the LEA Connect (visible on the front LED panel).
IP Port – Enter the IP Port used for communicating with the LEA Connect (The default port is 1234).
Output Configuration
Volume Increment – There is a configuration option to adjust the volume increment for the output fader (volume up / volume down). Values for this should be entered as 10x the expected value. Example: .5 should be entered as 5.
Number of Outputs – There are 8 total outputs that can be created. By default, there is only one visible, as more outputs are added more output will become visible in Apex.
Naming Outputs – The names of each output can be customized, and the new name will be reflected in system variables and events.
Output Signal Detect – Subscribing to the output signal detect will enable the driver to track changes made to this parameter. This is performance intensive so avoid using this on larger systems.
Output Signal Detect Delay Time – Sets the delay time between the driver receiving a state change message and when the driver writes to a system variable.
Input configuration
Number of Inputs – Enter the number of inputs that will be utilized (0-8).
Input Naming – The names of each input can be customized, and the new name will be reflected in system variables and events.
Input Analog / Dante Signal Detect – Subscribing to the input signal detect will allow the driver to track changes made to this parameter. This is performance intensive so avoid using this on larger systems.
Input Signal Detect Delay Time – Sets the delay time between the driver receiving a state change message and when the driver writes to a system variable.
Driver Notes
-The LEA Connect has a Web GUI that is accessible by entering the device’s IP Address into a web browser.
-There have been reported issues with the subscriptions on the 86d model amplifier. These issues seem to happen intermittently and can be resolved by restarting the amplifier.
