This Zigen SW-41 Plus Driver for RTI offers control of the Zigen SW-41Plus 4×1 HDMI switch via IP and RS232.
Features:
- Input selection: Both IP and RS232 support input selection. Due to differences in the features offered by each control protocol not all advanced functions are available for all control methods, see Supported Functions in Integration Note for details. IP (ethernet) is the recommended control method.

Configuration Process
Download the latest version of the driver from www.intrinsicdev.com
Import the profile into your custom Control Drivers directory, you can check the location of this in Integration Designer Apex by clicking Options > Set Directories.
Import an instance of the driver into your project.
Select the Driver in the Drivers section of the workspace tree, then click Driver Properties. Select the required Control Connection Type.
If using Network (TCP/IP), enter the IP Address of the switch.
If using Serial, select the Serial Port the switch is connected to.
Enter the last four digits of the device’s serial number into the ID field.
Supported Functions
The driver supports the following functions, not that some functions are only available to RS232 (serial) control, others only to IP:

Select InputRS232 & IPSwitch the HDMI output to the specified input (1 to 4)
Set Auto SwitchIPSet the Auto Switch function to Enabled or Disabled
Control Audio \
MuteIPMute the analogue audio
UnmuteIPUnmute the analogue audio
Set VolumeRS232 & IPSet the volume of the analogue audio output, 0 to 100
Volume UpRS232Increase the analogue audio volume
Volume DownRS232Decrease the analogue audio volume
Set Audio ParameterIPAllows setting of audio parameters. Refer to the device’s protocol documentation found here < https://zigencorp.com/files/uploads/2020/09/sw41plus.API_-1.html#request-set-audio-settings > For valid parameters
