1.01 Fixed missing Output 1(A) selection in Output Source Selection driver command.
Connection Settings
Network (TCP)
The TCP/IP connection on the Gefen matrix switch should be connected to the Ethernet Network.
The Gefen matrix switch IP address can be set to static using a terminal program or Web interface. The default IP address of the switch is 192.168.1.72.
The Gefen matrix switch uses port 23 as default for TCP/IP (telnet) communication.
Telnet Login is used in cases where the switch is setup to Force Password on Connect.
RS-232 Connection
The Serial (RS-232) connection on the Gefen matrix switch should be connected with a straight through cable to the XP processor serial adapter.
The Gefen matrix switch uses a baud rate of 19200 as default for serial (RS232) communication.
Selected Output Settings
Enable Selected Output - Enables the Selected Output capability in the driver for use. This feature is used for minimizing the need of setting up multiple zone pages on the user interface. The selected output is the current output to be controlled from the selected output driver commands.
I/O Configuration
Last Output Used - Select the last output to be used in the system. The driver currently supports and has been tested with 8 outputs.
Last Input Used - Select the last input to be used in the system. The driver currently supports and has been tested with 8 inputs.
Naming Configuration
Enable Names To Switch - Enable the sending of output, input, and preset names to switch. Names will be truncated to 8 characters and all non-Alpha/Numeric characters will be replaced with an underscore ( _ ). This only affects what is to be sent to the switch and does not affect the naming in Integration Designer or the driver.
Output Naming, Input Naming, Preset Naming
Enter the names preferred for use in the driver commands, variables, and events. All visible fields must be named.
